The following terms govern your use of Power Technology Industry's website and services. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these conditions.

We collect information you provide when placing orders, requesting quotes, or contacting us — including your name, phone number, email address, and business details. This data is used solely to process your orders and communicate with you regarding our services.

Your data is used exclusively for order fulfillment, customer support, and service improvement. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

All orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a written purchase order or signed quotation. Power Technology Industry reserves the right to adjust delivery timelines due to unforeseen operational circumstances. Clients are required to approve artwork proofs before production begins; delays in approval may affect the delivery schedule.

A deposit of 50% is required to initiate production for new clients. Bulk and government orders may be processed on invoice terms subject to prior agreement. Overdue invoices may attract a late payment fee. We accept bank transfers, EVC Plus, and Hormuud Tigo Cash.

All designs, artwork, and materials produced by Power Technology Industry remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment is received. Clients warrant that any logos, trademarks, or copyrighted materials submitted for printing are owned by or licensed to them.

Any disputes arising from transactions with Power Technology Industry shall be resolved through mutual negotiation in good faith. If unresolved, matters will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mogadishu, Somalia. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Somalia.
